Overnight oats recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup fruit (berries, peaches, apples, bananas, mango, plum)

  • Dash of salt

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Optional toppings: honey, coconut flakes, nutmeg, nuts


Methods of Preparation

  1. In a mason jar, bowl, or cup, mix the ingredients together.

  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. Add the desired toppings.

  4. Enjoy!
