Chocolate-Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1.5 cups coconut milk

  • Optional toppings: coconut flakes, raspberries, banana, blueberries


Method of Preparation

  1. In a mason jar or container add all the ingredients in order.

  2. Mix well or shake well.

  3. Let sit in the fridge for 3 hours, or overnight.

  4. Enjoy with desired toppings!


Can last in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
